Surrey Choices Board
The Surrey Choices Board is a dedicated group of individuals committed to guiding and overseeing the strategic direction of Surrey Choices. The Board plays a crucial role in ensuring the organisation’s mission, vision, and values are upheld.
Executive and Senior Leadership Team
The Executive Team set the strategic direction for Surrey Choices and work collaboratively to ensure Surrey Choices achieves its goals and maintains its commitment to service excellence. They lead the way to make plans so that the people we support can be independent, have choice and control. They also ensure that they and their families and Carers are being listened to. They work with other organisations, particularly Surrey County Council to make decisions. The Senior Leadership Team collaboratively works to implement the strategic vision and to oversee day-to-day operations. They manage the services that Surrey Choices provides across the county and ensure that every service offers excellent support and creates positive outcomes to the people who access them.
