Speaking at the British Association of Supported Employment

EmployAbility were asked to speak at the industry conference of the British Association of Supported Employment in Leicester this month.
As the 2013/14 winners of the Supported Employment Team of the year they shared the secrets of their success and what makes them an award winning team. Christina Earl the team manager was accompanied by the Miriam Lloyd who had the highest number of successful job outcomes this year for the team and Eric Tomalin who talked about the positive relationship we have with the employers Sodexo and how this can be rolled out nationally.
