Activity Centres
All of our Activity Centres will close for a seasonal break from Tuesday 24 December 2019 and will re-open on Thursday 2 January 2020 with normal opening times.
EmployAbility
EmployAbility is now closed until Thursday 2 January 2020, although there will be managers on call for emergencies contactable via the main Surrey Choices line below.
Shared Lives and Short Breaks
Our Shared Lives and Short Breaks services are open as usual.
