We’re Celebrating Multiple Wins at the Surrey Care Awards
Keep Britain Tidy
Surrey Choices and the people they support have continued to get out into the community to take part in a number of great causes such as the Great British September Clean.
The Great British September Clean is a national campaign that enables everyone to get involved in tidying their local communities. The campaign is designed to encourage people to take action and have a positive impact on the environment.
Community Clean Up
Some of the people Surrey Choices support were passionate about getting involved in the project to make a difference. Surrey Choices enrolled them in the campaign and chose to utilise their community bubble group at Woking Park to pick up litter.
The group concentrated on anything that can be recycled and between them they filled up half a bin liner over the course of two hours. Tammy, Alan and Phillip were delighted to take part in the project and were happy to make a positive difference in the community.
