Cavan has participated in Rhythm of Life for two years at her former school, Cordwalles Junior School. She has now moved onto secondary school and recently had a birthday. Out of her birthday money, Cavan decided she wanted to spend it on gifts for a friend, her friend is Debbie from Rhythmic Collision. Cavan is so very fond of Debbie and says she thinks of her often. She put together a lovely bag of gifts for Debbie who was beyond delighted to open them this week.
Helen-Louise Lampard, Senior Activities Facilitator at Rhythmic Collision Dance Company, said:
“My heart swells with pride at this friendship and shows the project has a wonderful effect with the children which will probably last a lifetime. I am often surrounded by the children at the school gate all asking when the next project will begin and genuine smiles of excitement when I reply next May.”
