We’re Celebrating Multiple Wins at the Surrey Care Awards
Our PBS training body Loddon, have announced the winners of their 2020 Awards for Excellence. Our good practice was acknowledged in three ways:
Karen Fallon's excellent skills as a PBS trainer
Karen was acknowledged for her outstanding training skills and her ability to motivate her team after she completed her instructor training last year.
Cheryl Jones and the Cranstock staff for their brilliant practical PBS work
Cheryl had been researching reasons behind certain behaviours, and together with her colleagues the team created a consistent Positive Behaviour Support plan. This plan enabled an individual to become composed and more socially appropriate in their behaviours.
The whole PBS network
Within the last two year we have established, built and developed a strong basis of positive behaviour support inside our organisation.
