A Decade of Difference: Surrey Choices Celebrates 10 Years
Our new Integrated Specialist Support Team all have professional backgrounds in social work and clinical nursing. They will provide support for customers and carers who need additional assistance, such as advice, advocacy, and practical support.
The team also work with customers who are new to Surrey Choices to create a support package to meet their needs.
