Surrey Choices’ Managing Director Mette Le Jakobsen announces the winner’s of this year’s Recognising You: The Colleague Awards
Never was there a time when recognising outstanding people and outstanding achievements was more important than now, after months of disruption and challenges to how we work.
This year, our approach to the Awards has been different. The categories, the nomination process and the shortlisting and judging have been entirely led by colleagues and by the people we support. The judging has been fair and transparent and without any involvement from the Senior Leadership Team. This is important because it means that our colleagues recognise and value each other.
The 2020 awards are being presented in a different way because of the environment we find ourselves in, but this in no way detracts from the wonderful achievements that have been shortlisted and our recognition of those who have won awards this year. We are incredibly proud of this year’s winners, and of Surrey Choices.
