At Surrey Choices, we empower disabled and neurodivergent people to live active, fulfilling lives in their communities, in ways they choose. Guided by our mission, “Every Life, Every Chance,” we provide compassionate and impactful services that promote independence, well-being, and community inclusion. Professionals can refer individuals to our wide range of services to ensure they receive tailored support that meets their specific needs and goals.
We accept referrals from a variety of professionals, including:
- Social Workers
- Healthcare Providers
- Local Authorities
- Educational Professionals and Schools
- Voluntary and Community Sector
Surrey Choices supports young people and adults who:
- Are residents of Surrey or surrounding areas
- Have a learning disability, physical disability, autism, or other support needs
You can refer people to the following services:
- Support to find paid work
- Support to volunteer in their community and gain skills for work
- Alternative to education programmes for young people, supporting their employment journey and working with education providers to find meaningful work experience
- Training to travel confidently and safely
- Day and person-centred support in the community and at specialist Hubs
- Shared Lives – Long-term or respite support within a family environment
- Opportunities for overnight, evening and weekend residential support
- Respite services for families, friends and Carers.
