HR and Organisational Development Manager

I am responsible for the HR, Organisational Development and Learning & Development services within Surrey Choices, involving all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to appraisals to exit interviews.

With a Postgraduate Diploma in HRM, as well as qualifications in Organisational Development & Design and Mentoring & Coaching, I am passionate about the role of HR in helping our colleagues to be and do their best at work, to enable people with support needs to reach their full potential. I believe that everyone at Surrey Choices has an important part to play in making sure we deliver personable, compassionate, quality and innovative services, no matter what their role is. Our colleagues and the people we support accomplish outcomes that we should celebrate and be proud of.
