HR and Organisational Development Manager
I manage the day to day operations of the HR department; ensuring HR policies are in place and fit for purpose, and continuously improving our HR practices to support our teams across Surrey Choices.
With a Masters degree in Business and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, I am passionate about the role of HR in helping our Staff to enable people with support needs to reach their full potential. I believe that everyone at Surrey Choices has an important part to play in making sure we deliver personable, quality and creative services, no matter what their role is. Our staff and the people we support accomplish some amazing things together which should be celebrated and shared.
My aim is to continue to make Surrey Choices a great place to work, somewhere all of our colleagues are proud to be a part of.
