Executive Assistant

I co-ordinate The Executive Team’s diaries; prioritising and accommodating meetings, service visits, conferences and team projects. I prepare agendas and papers for meetings, take minutes and circulate them.

I have over 20 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, working both in industry and more recently, a large secondary school. My expertise is in being efficient and discreet.

I have a very good understanding of business protocols and a range of strong organisational skills.

The overall aim of my job is to ensure The Executive Team can run as efficiently as possible.
