Award-winning Supported Employment

You will be working in partnership with EmployAbility, our nationally recognised, award-winning Supported Employment service. We work with around 700 disabled, neurodivergent and autistic job seekers each year and employ a personalised approach to find them sustainable paid work, opportunities for volunteering, or work experience placements.

We work closely with employers and provide ongoing support to both employers and employees supported into your workplace through the allocation of an Employment Support Specialist. Matching the right person to the right job is essential. Opportunities could vary in length and range from work tasters, work experience, volunteering or a paid job.
