Head of Innovation and Business Development

My role is to look at developing Surrey Choices differently, aspirationally and efficiently.    I have experience in working for technology corporations, running my own business, the charity sector and adult social care.  For over 10 years I have been a senior manager in Surrey Choices (formerly Surrey County Council) with a particular focus on employment and community based services. I have written many successful bids for extra funding and worked in partnerships to meet shared goals.

With the joint strategic aims as my focus, I can help all services to ensure we make good use of partnerships, experts by experience and digital technology, both to grow existing services,  but also to evaluate new areas.
