Stefan Nahajski

Non Executive Director

Stefan has worked with a wide range of organisations in the commercial, voluntary and public sectors. He has developed a focus on innovation, strategy and leadership. Stefan has a degree in engineering and started his career with the Ford Motor Company. After a period working in Germany, Stefan moved into business and IT consultancy, supporting clients such as Cadburys, Northern Ireland Water and Guinness. Over 14 years he worked in a range of roles including design of business solutions, IT design and project leadership, innovation, business
development, sales and marketing, large value procurement and contract negotiation, partnership development and management.

Stefan was the founder and CEO of a youth work charity in Surrey for 10 years and was involved in a wide range of youth, mental health, education and community development activities. He managed the partnership of voluntary sector counselling services as part of CAMHS and led the introduction of a number of innovative approaches to supporting young peoples’ mental health in Surrey and beyond.

His aim is to support Surrey Choices achieve its ambitious plans through the exciting times ahead.
