Martin’s role as Interim Managing Director of Surrey Choices is to lead the company operationally and strategically, based on strong values, always with people we support at the centre of everything we do, working closely with our main partners, including Surrey County Council.

Martin is a dynamic and experienced leader who brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to his role. With a deep understanding of the care industry and a commitment to fostering positive work cultures, he is dedicated to driving the organisation forward and creating a lasting impact on the lives of the individuals we support.
