Quality Assurance Manager
My role is to oversee our Quality Assurance function and I am also the Data Protection Officer (DPO). Working with customers, managers and teams we deliver Quality Assurance health check ups to understand where services are performing well and where we can improve.
I have worked in Adult Social Care for over 20 years and began my career in Day Services. I have a passion for working with people with profound and multiple disabilities – stepping into the world of the individual is the absolute key to having a meaningful relationship, understanding how best to communicate with that person in the way they want and need and when you get that right, any door and any opportunity is available.
My aim is to ensure customers receive the best outcomes and to be active in their local communities.
