IT Systems Manager

I am responsible for building our internal systems such as Choices Connect. I maintain these systems so they are fit for purpose for colleagues, as well as finding creative digital solutions to help the way Surrey Choices operates to ultimately support our customers in the best way. I report back to the Senior Leadership Team and The Executive Team with data to show what is working well and what needs improving. I also manage the IT team, our IT Leads and our external support, ITSD.

My aim is to help colleagues get things done. The systems I build and continue developing are to make tasks as easy and streamlined as possible, to save time for everyone using them meaning more time can be spent with customers.

Outside of work, I have always loved basketball, I support the Miami Heat. My dream was to be a basketball player but I grew in the wrong direction!!
