From January until March 2017, Surrey Choices will be holding workshops in order to work together with our customers, parents and Carers, staff and shareholder board to establish how we are going to achieve our shared goals.
As an organisation, we want to show support to charities that we know have contributed to improving the lives of people in Surrey.
Local charities do very important work for our community; they raise awareness of important causes and they may have been accessed by our customers across Surrey. These charities also create opportunities for people to volunteer and gain work experience which is strongly linked to gaining independence and community spirit.
Surrey Choices will be taking a look at what it can do for the well-being and good mental health of it’s customers, staff and partner organisations as we launch our ‘Smile Your Blues Away’ month. We will be exploring a mix of ways to improve your well-being and happiness over four weeks of helpful hints and tips.
