Ryan participated in an online interview alongside several other applicants, discussing a topic close to his heart by selecting one of his books to present to the group.
Upon learning of his successful interview, Ryan diligently researched the optimal and most cost-effective train route for attending his induction at the Imperial War Museum, Following his induction, and with the support of his Employment Support Specialist, he gained confidence in traveling independently.
Ryan was thrilled to embrace the job role opportunity, focusing on the Holocaust exhibit and addressing queries from the public, utilising his knowledge to educate others.
