Our Individual Spotlight feature is on Thomas, who is supported by our EmployAbility service. Read his interview below to find out what he likes doing with EmployAbility, achievements that he is proud of and much more.

What three words would your family and friends use to describe you?

Goofy, loyal and unique.

How long have you been working with EmployAbility?

I have been working with EmployAbility for just over nine years.

What do you like about working with EmployAbility?

I have had two jobs while with EmployAbility and the staff are great and have always been extremely helpful in supporting me to find work and check I am comfortable in my roles.

What is something you are really proud of?

My art and drawing skills. I like doing art in my spare time, as well as playing games on my computer.

What is something new you have tried this year?

I have recently started bartending and doing lots of shifts at my local theatre, working behind the bar. I enjoy it but it is very busy at the moment with panto season in full swing!

What is something you are looking forward to over the next few months?

Since moving into my own flat I have slowly redecorated each room all I have left is the kitchen and that will be finished in January.
