We’re Celebrating Multiple Wins at the Surrey Care Awards
We are working in partnership with Surrey County Council, where we can give families and Carers a Short Break from caring, while the person you care for is looked after and is having fun.
Our Flexi-Choices service provides support on evenings and weekends in the community or within a Community Hub. The service helps people to get active in their community, have fun on evenings and weekends, and learn new skills.
We will look at the person’s needs, wishes and goals to advise them, their family or Carer on the best route of support in terms of the frequency and type of service we can provide, whether that is out in the community or at one of our purpose-built buildings.
One of the people we support through Flexi-Choices is Leah, this is her story:
My name is Leah. I have been coming to Flexi-Choices since September 2022. We have been for nice long walks, bowling in Woking, and have been to Summer fetes.
The staff at Surrey Choices are nice and friendly, they look after us and make sure we have everything before going out on trips. I have made friends at Cranstock A couple of my friends are J.G, C.F, and Gabby.
