Gabriel, who is supported by EmployAbility, has a keen interest in engineering, especially the production of hand driers, fans and air conditioning units. Last year he visited the Ventaxia Factory in Crawley, where he was able to get involved in the production process and learn more about their products. Gabriel was also featured in a range of industry magazines, which he really appreciated
Recently, Gabriel was offered another work experience opportunity at their factory in Reading. While there, Gabriel had the opportunity to get involved in the mould shop and ducting machines, learn about fan production and how to make a fan hand, find out how the kit is packed and learn about the warehouse logistics despatch process.
Talking to experts in the field made a big difference to Gabriel’s confidence and skills and he is excited to explore more opportunities with Ventaxia in the future.
