A successful induction day for new Future Choices faces
We have nine new young people on the Future Choices Programme. To introduce them to each other and colleagues, on their introduction day we held a games morning which included Uno, indoor bowls and team building in the afternoon, making towers out of uncooked spaghetti and marshmallows. Their first day was a great success, with lots of laughter and positive interactions, which was great to see.
Employment Support Specialist, Louise Collins, with the help of her colleagues in the Young Person’s Team did an excellent job in organising the Induction. With lots of great events, help and support for our new joiners. Not only did the young people say what a great day they had, colleagues enjoyed it too!
